The appearance of the coating is bright, meticulous, without sagging or wrinkles. Thickness inspection can use coating thickness gauge, the method is relatively simple. The thickness of the coating can also be obtained by converting the amount of zinc adhesion. For the bonding strength, a bending press can be used to bend the sample at 90-180°, and there should be no cracks or peeling of the coating. A heavy hammer can also be used to test, and the salt spray test and copper sulfate corrosion test can be done in batches.

Standard sheet lengths are customizable between 1,000mm–6,000mm, while coil formats offer inner/outer diameters of 508mm–610mm/1,200mm–1,800mm. The zinc coating (60–275g/m², Z12–Z275) is verified via XRF (X-ray fluorescence) and magnetic thickness gauges, ensuring uniformity and compliance with spangle-free or regular spangle surface finishes. Critical tolerances, including flatness (±3 I-units), edge camber (±1mm/m), and surface roughness (Ra ≤1.0µm), are tested using laser scanners and profilometers. Mill test certificates (EN 10204 3.1) validate mechanical properties, such as tensile strength (270–500MPa), yield strength (140–300MPa), and elongation (≥22%), ideal for automotive panels, roofing, and appliance manufacturing.
