Product Inspection
The appearance of the coating is bright, meticulous, without sagging or wrinkles. Thickness inspection can use coating thickness gauge, the method is relatively simple. The thickness of the coating can also be obtained by converting the amount of zinc adhesion. For the bonding strength, a bending press can be used to bend the sample at 90-180°, and there should be no cracks or peeling of the coating. A heavy hammer can also be used to test, and the salt spray test and copper sulfate corrosion test can be done in batches.
Product Measurement
Engineered to JIS G 3302 standards, SPCG Galvanized Steel Coil offers a thickness range of 0.3–3.0 mm (±0.02 mm tolerance), widths of 600–1,500 mm, and a zinc coating weight of Z60–Z275 for superior corrosion resistance in architectural, agricultural, and industrial projects. Tensile strength ranges from 270–500 MPa, with elongation up to 30% for versatile forming. Custom slit widths, coil weights (3–20 tons), and surface treatments (e.g., chromate passivation) are available.
Product Packaging
Our SPCG Galvanized Steel Coil is securely packaged in heavy-duty, edge-protected polypropylene sleeves with anti-corrosion film to safeguard the zinc coating during global logistics. Each coil is shrink-wrapped and strapped with reinforced steel bands, ensuring structural integrity for harsh-environment transport.
