Product Inspection
The appearance of the coating is bright, meticulous, without sagging or wrinkles. Thickness inspection can use coating thickness gauge, the method is relatively simple. The thickness of the coating can also be obtained by converting the amount of zinc adhesion. For the bonding strength, a bending press can be used to bend the sample at 90-180°, and there should be no cracks or peeling of the coating. A heavy hammer can also be used to test, and the salt spray test and copper sulfate corrosion test can be done in batches.
Product Measurement
Engineered to JIS G 3141 standards, SPCE Galvanized Steel Coil offers a thickness range of 0.5–2.5 mm (±0.01 mm tolerance), widths of 600–1,300 mm, and a zinc coating weight of Z60–Z275 for exceptional corrosion resistance. With tensile strength of 260–440 MPa and elongation up to 38%, it excels in deep-drawing applications for automotive panels, appliance housings, and electronic components. Custom slit widths, coil weights (5–25 tons), and chromate passivation are available.
Product Packaging
Our SPCE Galvanized Steel Coil is securely packaged in heavy-duty, edge-protected polypropylene sleeves with anti-corrosion film to preserve the zinc coating during global logistics. Each coil is shrink-wrapped and reinforced with steel strapping to prevent deformation, ideal for high-precision applications like automotive stamping. Bulk orders (1,200+ coils) include palletized packaging with customizable branding or 100% recyclable materials to meet ESG goals.
