Product Inspection
The appearance of the coating is bright, meticulous, without sagging or wrinkles. Thickness inspection can use coating thickness gauge, the method is relatively simple. The thickness of the coating can also be obtained by converting the amount of zinc adhesion. For the bonding strength, a bending press can be used to bend the sample at 90-180°, and there should be no cracks or peeling of the coating. A heavy hammer can also be used to test, and the salt spray test and copper sulfate corrosion test can be done in batches.
Product Measurement
Precision-engineered to JIS G 3141 standards, SPCE Galvanized Steel Strip offers thicknesses of 0.5–2.5 mm (±0.01 mm tolerance), widths of 30–500 mm, and zinc coating grades (Z60–Z275) for deep-drawing applications in automotive panels and electronic components. Tensile strength ranges from 260–440 MPa, with elongation up to 38% for complex forming. Custom slit widths, coil weights (1–15 tons), and pre-cut blanks are available for high-speed stamping lines. Product Packaging
Our SPCE Galvanized Steel Strip is packaged in heavy-duty, moisture-resistant paper sleeves with reinforced edge guards to prevent deformation during transit. Each coil is shrink-wrapped in anti-corrosion film and secured with steel strapping, ensuring zinc coating integrity for global shipments. Bulk orders (600+ coils) include palletized packaging with customizable branding or eco-friendly recyclable materials to meet ESG compliance.
