SPCE Color Coated Steel Coil

Product Description

SPCE color-coated steel coil is a high-quality, cold-rolled steel product designed for applications requiring both precision and aesthetic appeal. The “SPCE” grade signifies steel that has been cold-rolled to achieve smoothness and excellent formability, with a low carbon content, ensuring enhanced strength and flexibility. After the rolling process, the steel is coated with a layer of color finish, typically made from polyester, PVC, or PVDF, to improve its resistance to corrosion, UV radiation, and weathering. This steel coil is commonly used in the production of automotive parts, household appliances, and construction materials, offering a combination of durability, visual appeal, and long-lasting performance.

Product Inspection

The appearance of the coating is bright, meticulous, without sagging or wrinkles. Thickness inspection can use coating thickness gauge, the method is relatively simple. The thickness of the coating can also be obtained by converting the amount of zinc adhesion. For the bonding strength, a bending press can be used to bend the sample at 90-180°, and there should be no cracks or peeling of the coating. A heavy hammer can also be used to test, and the salt spray test and copper sulfate corrosion test can be done in batches.

Product Measurement

Engineered to JIS G 3312 standards, SPCE Color Coated Steel Coil offers a thickness range of 0.5–2.0 mm (±0.02 mm tolerance), widths of 600–1,300 mm, and a high-gloss PVDF or polyester coating for extreme weather resistance. Available in 15+ RAL colors or custom-matched finishes, it delivers a tensile strength of 340–480 MPa and elongation up to 28% for deep-drawing applications in automotive panels and electronic housings. Custom slit widths, coil weights (5–20 tons), and protective film options optimize efficiency for high-volume production.

Product Packaging

Our SPCE Color Coated Steel Coil is securely packaged in anti-scratch, moisture-resistant polypropylene sleeves with reinforced edge guards to protect the pre-painted finish during global logistics. Each coil is shrink-wrapped with UV-blocking film and strapped with steel bands, ensuring vibrant color retention and corrosion resistance.
