SPCD Color Coated Steel Coil
Product Description
SPCD color-coated steel coil is a high-quality cold-rolled steel product, primarily used in applications where both strength and aesthetic appeal are important. The “SPCD” grade signifies steel that has been cold-rolled to achieve a smooth, uniform surface with excellent formability and mechanical properties. After rolling, the steel is coated with a protective layer of color finish, typically made from materials like polyester, PVC, or PVDF, to enhance its resistance to corrosion, UV degradation, and environmental wear. This versatile steel coil is widely used in the production of appliances, automotive parts, building materials, and interior decorations, combining durability with a visually appealing finish.

Product Inspection
The appearance of the coating is bright, meticulous, without sagging or wrinkles. Thickness inspection can use coating thickness gauge, the method is relatively simple. The thickness of the coating can also be obtained by converting the amount of zinc adhesion. For the bonding strength, a bending press can be used to bend the sample at 90-180°, and there should be no cracks or peeling of the coating. A heavy hammer can also be used to test, and the salt spray test and copper sulfate corrosion test can be done in batches.
Product Measurement
Engineered to JIS G 3312 standards, SPCD Color Coated Steel Coil offers a thickness range of 0.4–1.8 mm (±0.02 mm tolerance), widths of 500–1,200 mm, and a high-performance polyester or PVDF coating for balanced formability and weather resistance. Available in 12+ standard RAL colors or custom-matched finishes, it delivers a tensile strength of 310–430 MPa and elongation up to 25% for medium-complexity forming in appliance housings, lighting fixtures, and machinery panels. Custom slit widths, coil weights (4–15 tons), and protective film options optimize production efficiency.
Product Packaging
Our SPCD Color Coated Steel Coil is securely packaged in anti-scratch, moisture-resistant polypropylene sleeves with reinforced edge guards to protect the pre-painted finish during global logistics. Each coil is shrink-wrapped with UV-blocking film and strapped with steel bands, ensuring color vibrancy and corrosion resistance for demanding applications. Bulk orders (1,500+ coils) include palletized packaging with customizable branding or eco-friendly recyclable materials to align with ESG initiatives.
