Product Inspection
The appearance of the coating is bright, meticulous, without sagging or wrinkles. Thickness inspection can use coating thickness gauge, the method is relatively simple. The thickness of the coating can also be obtained by converting the amount of zinc adhesion. For the bonding strength, a bending press can be used to bend the sample at 90-180°, and there should be no cracks or peeling of the coating. A heavy hammer can also be used to test, and the salt spray test and copper sulfate corrosion test can be done in batches.
Product Measurement
Engineered to JIS G 3141 standards, SPCC Galvanized Steel Strip offers thicknesses of 0.3–2.0 mm (±0.01 mm tolerance), widths of 20–400 mm, and zinc coating grades (Z60–Z275) for general fabrication in cabinets, shelving, and light structural components. Tensile strength ranges from 270–410 MPa, with elongation up to 28% for moderate forming. Custom slit widths, coil weights (1–10 tons), and pre-cut blanks are available for cost-efficient production.
Product Packaging
Our SPCC Galvanized Steel Strip is securely packaged in moisture-resistant, edge-protected paper sleeves, reinforced with steel strapping to prevent deformation during global logistics. Each coil is shrink-wrapped in anti-corrosion film, ensuring zinc coating integrity for harsh-environment applications.
