DX51D+Z Galvanized Steel Pipe

Product Description

DX51D galvanized steel pipe is a type of steel pipe that has been hot-dip galvanized to provide corrosion resistance. The “DX51D” refers to the grade of steel used in the pipe. The galvanization process involves coating the steel with a thin layer of zinc, which forms a protective barrier against rust and corrosion. Galvanized steel pipes are commonly used in a variety of applications, including water and gas pipelines, as well as in the construction industry.

Product Inspection

The appearance of the coating is bright, meticulous, without sagging or wrinkles. Thickness inspection can use coating thickness gauge, the method is relatively simple. The thickness of the coating can also be obtained by converting the amount of zinc adhesion. For the bonding strength, a bending press can be used to bend the sample at 90-180°, and there should be no cracks or peeling of the coating. A heavy hammer can also be used to test, and the salt spray test and copper sulfate corrosion test can be done in batches.
